Through participation & submission, entrants are deemed to have accepted and be bound by these following terms and conditions (hereby referred to as “Terms”). Should an event of any conflict or miscommunication arise, including but not limited to advertisement or promotional materials, the following terms shall prevail.
Overview
This campaign presented by SVAKOM involves submitting, through different media forms and platforms, an entrant’s `greatest desire` in which they tell SVAKOM one (1) thing they want most in the world. Now referred to as the `Wish`.

Eligibility
1. This campaign is open globally to those 18-years-of-age or over – excluding host employees as well as their immediate families. The campaign remains closed to any of the hosts subsidiaries, agents or groups of any kind including those directly involved with the campaign and any promotion related.
2. This campaign will officially be open for entry starting October 15th, 2022, 00:00am PST – entries can be submitted starting from this date up until April 15th, 2023, 11:59pm PST (hereby referred to as the `entry period`). Any entries submitted before or after this entry period will not be taken into consideration and such entry will be considered invalid. Announcement of winners will begin on April 29th, 2023 and will continue until all 10 winners have been announced.
3. Submission into this campaign requires no purchase be made. Any purchases made alongside submissions are voluntarily done by the participant and have no effect on the end results.
4. Participants can submit entries across multiple platforms (limited to YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, and VK), each submission from a single participant may only be submitted once per platform.
5. Entries must specify the number of people involved within the `Wish`. If the number of people involved is not specified in the submission, the person submitting the entry would then be automatically named the only participant – this will not be subject to change nor up for discussion.
6. Any entries containing content which is considered to promote or feature unlawful behavior, copyrighted material, permanent bodily alterations (tattoo’s, surgery, etc.), harmful activities (to oneself or those around them), risks to public safety, minors, substance abuse, animal abuse, or any criminal behavior will be immediately disqualified, and action may be taken if necessary.
Requirements
7. For entries to be considered valid they must confirm that they have read and consented to the Terms.
8. Valid entries must use either the #explorewithsvakom or the post/video title “Explore with SVAKOM Entry” with #explorewithsvakom included in the description.
Winners Prize
9. Winners of this campaign will receive one (1) prize consisting of:
- One (1) `Wish` being granted by SVAKOM
- SVAKOM will fund all expenses required to fulfill the `Wish`
10. Any expenses incurred during the `Wish` but outside of the prize itself will be the responsibility of the winner and will not be covered by SVAKOM.
11. SVAKOM has the right in its sole discretion to grant or refuse a `Wish` and the extent to which SVAKOM grants a `Wish`, including but not limited to a `Wish` that could be considered unlawful, dangerous, impossible or unreasonable to grant or fulfill, or to pose any problems to the company image. The prize is as posted and will not be amended.
Selection & Notification
12. All entries will be viewed by SVAKOM Explore Your Limits representatives who will, without bias, select winners.
13. There will be a total of ten (10) winners, upon closing of the entry period and after the previously mentioned selection process, winners will be contacted via the platform they submitted the entry.
14. All winners must respond to the SVAKOM representative claiming their prize within 48 hours. Failure to do so within time limit will result in the prize being cancelled and re-allocated, and this would be final.
15. Once claiming their prize winners thereby consent to SVAKOM recording/SVAKOM’s request for the winner to record the results of their `Wish` (from now on referred to as `materials`). Consenting to this provides SVAKOM with the option to re-use said materials for promotional/marketing purposes including but not limited to campaign videos, promotional social media posts, blog posts/entries, etc. Failure to comply or consent to providing the materials will result in SVAKOM revoking the offered prize to issue out in SVAKOM‘s sole discretion– this is non-negotiable.
16. In the event of any conflict or dispute regarding a winner announcement, the owner of the account the submission was selected from will be considered the winner.
17. By participating you hereby agree to these Terms and agree to follow the rules of the campaign.
Limitations of Liability
The campaign host will not be held responsible for: (1) mis-information on part of the entrant, publications, or any other errors – in case of a technical error SVAKOM holds no responsibility; (2) equipment or technical errors of any kind including but not limited to technological malfunctions, disruptions, or communicative problems; (3) unauthorized intervention during the entry period through human actions; (4) any errors or issues in uploading entries to the previously mentioned platforms; (5) any injury to person(s) or property caused when making, submitting and fulfilling a `Wish`.
Declaration
Through acceptance and agreement of the prize upon winner announcement, you agree to place no responsibility onto SVAKOM in the event of, but not limited to, personal injury, death, damage to or loss of property, or personal issues experienced relating to a `Wish`.
Confidentiality
All information submitted through the campaign entry will remain confidential. SVAKOM hereby declares it will make no attempts to pass on the information or sell off any personal information. All information provided during the entry period will be used exclusively for all things related to the campaign. During publication of any entries or materials after receiving the prize, entrants must declare beforehand whether or not they allow SVAKOM to reveal social media handles. In the event consent is not given to show social media handles SVAKOM will take measures to remove them from the content.
